Question gigabyte z490i aorus ultra not working with 11600k F21 bios

first the motherboard was rma'd for "dead bios" because after updating bios with qflash it did not work, then after the motherboard returned it was updated to bios version f21 checked with a 10th gen cpu booted up but didnt work with the 11600k, the 11600k was tested in a 500 series board in a mall and the cpu worked. and at the moment the pc wont work.

Try update to F20, that's when the micro code change was. Clear cmos afterwards by pulling battery for a minute.

is it possible to update without a 10th gen cpu?
edit: the motherboard was updated to F21 with a 10th gen at a mall

Update without cpu if motherboard supports qflash plus which your board supports. Check it out.
