Question Gigabyte Z590 Aorus Elite AX bios update failed

I attempted to update my bios on my Z590 and it failed. It gave an error that it could not read the usb file, and then shutdown. I attempted to update the bios via Q-Flash Plus but now the VGA LED is showing on the mobo, and nothing is displayed on the monitor. I tried removing everything including the 3070TI and even tried adding a couple of old graphic boards I had lying around. Nothing ever shows on a monitor, and VGA light is lit.

I cannot tell if the Q-Flash worked or is trying to communicate to a monitor, but cannot because of the GPU? Or did flash fail and VGA led is on for no good reason.

I followed these instructions: https://global.aorus.com/blog/How-to-Update-Your-BIOS-Part-2.php including renaming the bios file. ( I left the originally named file there, just in case)

Waiting for help from Gigabyte, but no response so far (4 hours).

Any ideas?

Intel i7-11700K
MSI 3070Ti

I have removed the 3070 and all other graphics cards completely. No change.
The PSU is a Corsair RMX850X.
Not sure if there is something that has to be done to switch to integrated graphics?

Well after 6-8 hours of troubleshooting, I decided to take out 2 of my 4 memory sticks and reduce total memory from 32GB from 64. The second I did that, the system booted all the way to Windows. 🙁
I did some research, and this seems to be a known issue: https://www.reddit.com/r/gigabyte/comments/noo0pj/z590_aorus_elite_ax_wont_boot/
I don't know how a defect like this can pass QA, and once it is known, I cannot figure out why Gigabyte didn't make a patch in a few days/weeks.
So, remember... Whenever you have a crazy bug, reduce the variables and go to the minimum configuration to reduce the number of variables.
Oh... And still nothing from Gigabit's support :)
