Gigabyte Z68A-D3 or MSI Z68A-G45 for gamming computer

I am buying a gamming computer for $1300 from this website: http://www.ticomputers.com.au/homepage.htm
I am buying the TI deluxe 1300 and they offer a choice between a Gigabyte Z68A-D3 or MSI Z68A-G45 motherboard with no price difference either way.
I am wondering which is the best one to get.

Gigabyte Z68A-D3 or MSI Z68A-G45 Motherboard
4G DDR3 Kingston 1333Mhz

Built in gigabit lan USB 3.0 SATA 3.0 8 channel audio

I would go with Gigabyte Z68A-D3, but MSI is about the same.
