gigabyte z68x-ud3h-b3 attempts to boot windows then shuts down and will not let me do anything.

So im using this older pc and Ive tried multiple hdd and ssd on this. ive even tried installing windows 10 off a usb but shuts down mid install. when I try to load windows it shuts down mid way.

Have you check the PSU instead?
