Anyone got experience with this board? not seeing too many positives from the few reviews I have read, seems like alot of Bios and Xmp issues. I was interested in upgrading off the black friday newegg deal with the 12700k but on the fence about it.

Contrary to what you posted, I am seeing ONLY positive reviews of this board aside from it overvolting when overclocking and manually setting the override on the vCore voltage.

TH reviewed it well.

As did Laurent's choice.

But it might depend on explicitly WHY you want that board. If it's for the VisionLINK then that apparently works well and is the least expensive option to get it.

What is the reason you are targeting this specific board?

What is the primary purpose of this machine going to be?

What other hardware besides the CPU are you planning to run with it?

What is the exact model of your Corsair memory kit, because you DO realize that not all memory kits are compatible with all motherboards even if it is the right TYPE and SPEED, right?

1. No reason in particular for targeting the board, just so happens to come in the 12700k bundle

2. Just trying to utilize my 4090 better for 4k gaming, currently on a 10700k

3. Other hardware is 1000 evga supernova psu, 970 evo+ m.2 and a couple other ssd's , gigabyte OC 4090, 4x8gb sticks of ddr4 3600 vengeance pro, and an h150i elite aio that I'll reuse, just need to order the 1700 bracket. case is a Ethoo Pro which I may swap as well. Monitor is a AOrus fv43u if wondering :p

Thanks for some feedback btw.

If that is an accurate price, then that is a pretty good deal. Can't even get to that price point right now with that CPU and a budget ATX Z690 board much less a halfway decent mid tiered board like that one.

think my memory set should be ok? I've seen a few conflicts with other memory sets trying to get set above 3200.
