Question Gigabyte Z690 Gaming X DDR5 - Coil Whine

Just got this new motherboard and I'm getting coil whine when it's sitting around doing nothing or just browsing the net. Thing is as soon as a program starts to load and the CPU gets going for any particular reason, the whine stops for a small period of time, then starts up again once the loading is done. Is there anything safe I can do to sort this out? I know coil whine isn't generally harmful but I don't always wear headphones when using the PC and this whine is getting pretty annoying.

I can confirm that it only does it when the CPU is idle. As soon as I run a CPU stress test or the CPU goes under sufficient load, the whine stops completely. Any suggestions would be great.
