Question GIGABYTE Z690 Gaming X DDR5 won't boot (new build)

Hi there!

I've built a new pc and for some reason it is not booting the BIOS, it shows only the red LED on the MOBO.

Components:

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z690 GAMING X DDR5
CPU: Intel Core i5-13600KF
CPU cooler: Liquid Freezer II 280 A-RGB
Power: EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G1+ 750W GOLD
SSD(s): Samsung 860 evo and Samsung 980 PRO 1TB M.2
Ram: Kingston FURY Beast 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 5600MHz
Videocard: ASUS GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8GB GDDR6 256bit LHR

I'm aware that by default the MOBO does not support CPU 13th gen, therefore I've updated the BIOS from a USb to version F22. It seemed like it went well (orange LED was flashing then stopped, finally the PC shut down). Now, when I'm powering on the PC again while a monitor is connected (tried both HDMI and DP) the booting option does not come up only the red LED on the MOBO is lights up.

Please help me to troubleshoot.

Okay, looks like I'm dumb. The RAM sticks were inserted in the wrongs slots 1-3 instead of 2-4..
