gigabyte z77x -d3h bios issues

I am having a issue with my motherboard bios. When i wanted to access it, it just froze on the uefi bios and i couldn't restart or do anything i could only switch off the machine but my windows operating system works fine. i'm really confused
can anyone help me.

go to rma .. this is main bios crash and unable to do recovery from backup bios because backup one having wrong bios data and failed to finish the process.

If your MB don't have the F16 version BIOS, try to update the BIOS first, but don't use the F17f.

i have checked the version and its F16 so its all up to date

i have solved the issue it turned out to be my steering wheel causing the problems
