Just had my black friday deals pop up from amazon and they are doing this motherboard for £150.99 instead of £199.99
This is UK amazon don't know about US site

It's 230 right now in the US at Amazon. It has occasionally been at 210 or lower in the last few months.

The Micro ATX version varies between 190 and 200.

Best deal I've seen lately is a New Egg "combo deal" for:

445 dollars for all 3 pieces......as of 3 hours ago.

497 if the 3 pieces were purchased separately, which is 30 or 40 cheaper than a month ago.
