Question Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite Showing Yellow CPU Light and Not Booting Up

Hi everyone, so I've made my new PC and I have the Z790 Motherboard. I made the whole thing and then plugged it in to try and boot it up to the BIOS (I did not put in the usb with the Windows 11 install yet). Nothing shows up on the monitor as if it cannot detect anything and I am using the display port on the 4090 GPU with I am using a wireless keyboard with a logitech dongle. The only thing that I can see is this yellow light flashing in the PC above where it says CPU - the DRAM, VGA and BOOT lights are not on.

I've reseated the CPU, I've put the RAM in and out, I've cleared the CMOS. Does anybody know what might be going on?

which cpu are you using ?
most likely your bios is not compatible with your cpu, if it's a 14th gen Intel CPU.
flash the bios using qflash button
