Ok, so I just switched platforms from AMD to Intel. Every component has been tested a works well. The problem I'm having is that, while booting, I cannot get into the bios. It will load windows fine, but no matter what the bios will not load. I've tried hitting Del (the bios key for this motherboard), F1, F2, ESC, F8, F12, and END. Every key takes me to the Windows Boot Manager Screen. I have tried 3 USB keyboards, and reset the CMOS a dozen times. I also exchanged the motherboard for the same model after calling Gigabyte and Microcenter and not finding a sollution. Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions are welcome.

Specs for reference:
Gigabyte z87-UD4H
I7-4770k
Kingston HyperX 8gb 1600mhz
Kingston HyperX 120gb SSD
Cooler Master 620W PSU Bronze certified
No GPU at the moment
Using an HP 2311x monitor with a DVI connection
Razer Blackwidow mechanical keyboard (USB)

Solution
To anyone who may be having this same problem:

I tried an old VGA monitor and am able to get into the bios that way. I guess my specific motherboard doesn't display the bios at 16:9 ratios.
check different usb port and press F12 to see if it is ok to enter boot menu .. then select bios setup to enter bios ..
if you can do this .. return all bios optimized default and try it again pressing del.

Good idea. I tried several USB ports. It seems that no matter what key I hit, it sends me to the windows boot manager screen -- the one that you would see if you were dual booting OS's. This is the most frustrating issue I've ever had. haha.

this happened to me - problem was my dvi video cable was plugged into video card, but the bios was set to display vga first on boot and not pci-e where the video card resides. I had to plug the dvi into the mobo first to see the bios, set it to 'display pci-e first' (or similar), then reboot after plugging the dvi cable back into my graphics card. hope this helps.
