Gigabyte Z87x-D3H mobo vs Asus Z87-A

I would like to know which of these two motherboards would be better for my system. Also I will probably be doing a little overclocking but not loads.
Intel i5 4670k-CPU
Nvidia geforce gtx 760-GPU
16gb (2X8) ballistix tactical lp-RAM
Corsair Builder Series CX 500 Watt-psu
Corsair carbine 300R-case
seagate 2 Tb-hardrive
samsung 840 120gb-hard drive

Cooler master seidon 120m-cpu cooler or thermolab trinity-cpu cooler

Also which of these cpu coolers would be better for my system and keep my cpu cooler?
