Gigabyte Z97 Motherboards

I am about to build my first gaming PC and wondered weather I should use the gigabyte z97x gaming 5 which I originally planned to do so, however I then found the gigabyte z97x gaming plus, which matches the colour scheme of my PC and will look a lot better through the window in the case. Which would you suggest and what if any are the differences between the two boards ?

The Gaming Plus has weaker power phases and VRM if you plan to overclock. The Gigabyte Z97X Gaming 5 is arguably the best board in its price-range.

If you are going with a locked (non-K) CPU, then the Gaming will be fine.
