Gigabyte z97m d3h vs msi z97 pc mate

what are the reasons for me to buy the msi z97 pc mate (if i decide to buy it)...... Should i get a NIC (Network interface Card) and a Sound card for it...

Will the z97 pc mate support iGPUs or should I get a dedicated one
Plz help

Really depends on what you are going to use it with and for! The board comes with onboard sound and network and can use the IGP on the CPU.

For a locked I5 you can just go with a H97 board, they pretty much all have Network/sound/connection for onboard IGP. For gaming then the discrete Asus card is much better than the IGP.

But i wont be able to OC the GPU well in h97 mobos

GPU overclock has nothing to do with the motherboard! Motherboard has to support CPU overclock the GPU is only PSU dependent.

A quality 450watts will do it but I would recommend 500-550watt.
