Gigabyte Z97X Gaming 5 or Gigabyte Z97X Gaming 7?

So, I've just about gathered all of my parts for my new pc build. All I need know is to pick out a motherboard and to order my cpu cooler, of which I have already picked one out. My local MicroCenter sells both of these motherboards now and I was wondering which one I should get, considering MicroCenter is having a sale and the gaming 7 and it is only 20 dollars more than the gaming 5, for now. I have been reading all the reviews and comparisons I can find online, but this has just gotten me more and more confused on which one I should go with and would work best for me. I currently have a i7 4970k possessor, a msi gtx970 twin frozr video card, 16 gb of ram, 750 watt psu, 1 tb hdd, 250 gb ssd, a cd/dvd burner, a phantom full tower case, and a phantek cpu cooler being delivered as we speak from amazon. But I am still torn between which motherboard is better. Please help! I am very confused.

The Gaming 7 has a few features not found on the Gaming 5, chiefly:

17. 1 x Trusted Platform Module (TPM) header
18. 1 x power button
19. 1 x reset button
20. 1 x Clear CMOS button
21. 2 x BIOS switches
22. Voltage measurement points


It also has 2 additional SATA 6Gbps headers, and aside from that they are basically identical. Unless you absolutely need the additional features and storage controllers, I'd opt for the Gaming 5.
