What BIOS no. is this board shipped with as i would like to run my i7 4790k but it says i need F5 and everything else is F3?

It depends on the manufacture date.

The board has to be manufactured after June 2014 for supporting the CPU.

I own it , it will still boot even with an older BIOS , I installed and updated it after I installed windows.

Newegg is sending it out with a compatible BIOS right now.

It should boot. Try and flash the BIOS if you have to.
