Gigabyte Z97x-UDH5 Bk vs. Gigabyte Z97x SOC Force

I'm trying to select the motherboard for my new build and I'm currently stuck between the Gigabyte UDH5 bk and the SOC Force. I realize that the UDH5 Bk has certified durability and all; but I want to choose the one with the best performance (in terms of OC capability.) I would think the SOC would be the better option here, but I just wanted to check in with the community first.
