Hello Which one is better? GigabyteGA-970A-DS3P vs. ASUS M5A97 R2.0 both about same price but i need best of both for my build

Cpu fx 6300 or maybe i will get 8300

Gpu gtx 950 2gb gddr5

Power supply 500wt

G skills 8gb ddr3

So which better and if u have better thank both in same price in newegg site tell me thanks btw sry for my english ☺

Get the ASUS M5A97 R2.0, because you will get the fx8350 ( 125W TDP), which needs the MB has more power phase count. The GA-970A-DS3P has less.
