I've got 4 lower end lga 1700 boards. Asus, MSI and Gigabyte. MSI best on ram, Asus best on CPU and Gigabyte is worst on everything.

This seems to have also impacted my AMD X870E motherboard from Gigabyte. No more RGB and GPU fan now spins out of control with any game open.

I have a Z590 Aorus Elite AX motherboard, and after setting the RGBs to a solid orange color, I removed the RGB controller app, and the colors still remain after booting. The app was taking up 100MB of RAM and doing nothing. I like the LEDs, which also light my fans and AIO CPU cooler. But I don't need them flashing or changing, especially if it uses that much memory.
