With the release of Kaby Lake and mobile GTX 1050/1050Ti, Gigabyte announced that several of its laptops will be receiving the new CPUs and GPUs. In addition, Gigabyte also unveiled two new laptops, the P56 and the Sabre 15.

You have to appreciate the hard work at Intel. Take old crap and put another number to their 'generation label' and watch the manufacturer advertise like crazy to sell it.

I remember two years ago when I was looking for a decent gaming 17" with a 980gtx 8gb of ram and the only decent choice was the previous gen i7 as the other products with the latest gen i7 were double the price due to Intel short supply problems.

Again today you'll realize you'll have to spend double to get their latest i7 where you can save up to 1500$ just buying prev gen CPU as they make no difference for gaming !
