[SOLVED] Gigatransfers vs Gigapixels

11:46:41 AM - RedSoxFan07: I'm looking at the specs for the RX 5700 and the RX 580, but I noticed that the pixel fill rates for those two cards are stated in different units. For the RX 5700, the pixel fill rate is stated in gigapixels per second. RX 580's spec sheet on the other hand, states the pixel fill rate in gigatransfers per second. Is it possible to convert gigapixels to gigatransfers? Or is this AMD's way of muddying the spec sheets?

GT/s in this context means Gigatexels per second, not Gigatransfers.

Turns out I just read the specs wrong. I was looking at texture rate on one and pixel fill rate on the other. Don't know how it happened but it did. Kinda wish I could just delete this thread.
