Question Girlfriend's Stealth GS66 laptop keeps booting to click bios and not windows.

Hello, this morning my girlfriend tried to boot her pc but it keeps suddenly going to MSI click bios, i tried googling the issues and attempted to change boot mode from UEFI to CSM, but that option is greyed out. I then attempted to disable secure boot first but that didn't work either. Here are some of the settings that show up. What is going on and what can i do to get the pc to boot to windows again?
