Girlfriend's Gaming Machine - Build Help

Recently my girlfriend decided to get into gaming again, but she has a crummy laptop that would overheat to quickly, so I decided to build her own computer to play games and draw on. Not very graphically intensive but something that she can play Goat Simulator or GTA V a reasonable level when those come out. What do you think, could I go a little lower on this build.
