Give a streamer advice.

So im a fulltime streamer since like a month. Im in need of a new cpu. I will be buying a whole new rig at once.

Im debating between;

Ryzen 7 1700
i9 7900x

I already saw a couple of streamers with the i9 aswell, even tho it sucks for gaming.

I can't get my hands on a 8700k. Sold out everywhere. Headache.
I need the rig pretty soon since my old one is dieng.
Which of these 2 should I take? they will be in the rig with a GTX 1080 ti 11GB

7900X is insanely overpriced relative to R7-1700...; for that matter, I'd suspect even the R6-1600 would be quite adequate...
