it a good listed pc for parts. if you can wait on pulling the trigger do so till the stocking level for the skylake parts are good. also between now and 1/2 half of 2016 nvidia and amd are dropping newer gpu. the new pascal gpu has tapped out and at some point nvidia going to lanch it.

Skylake stock is fine in Aus. Also, since I really want a desktop for some of the upcoming games I wanna buy it soon.
