Give me tactical servers, please

Time to get back into the game. I'm looking for servers that emphasize
tactical play, are well-admined with little tolerance for troublemakers and
|33tards mouthing off about their skillz0rz and how the rest of the world
are n00bs, and preferably run anti-cheats.

Unfortunately, TG hasn't had a populated CS server in longer than I
recall.....the main pleasure seems to be Ghost Recon.
