Question Glitch on cold boot

First of all, I have the following set-up:
RRyzen 5 2600
Aorus b450 pro wifi
G-skill 2x8Gb DDR4 3000Mhz
Powercolor RedDevil RX580 8Gb
Corsair CX650m

My PC was working fine for almost 2 years and now when i boot it shows glitches on boot up and show no signal but rams light are on gpu fans are spinning and cpu fan is also spinning.The only way to use it is to force shutdown several times.After boot up it runs fine a whole days. In rare case even after boot up it randomly show color screens and then gpu signal is gone. Please excuse my poor English.

you should try to update the bios to the latest if you could boot to bios.

i updated the bios and still have the same issue
