Glitch or a grave issue?

I just built a new PC and everything went smoothly. I installed windows 10 and the drivers. After using it for 3 hours I saw this

All 4 CPU cores are at 35C so I don't get what temp 3&6 are for.

It's probably just a glitch in your program, especially if you don't see system instability or throttling
