Glitch? Uru - ages beyond Myst

Hi everybody!

I've been playing Uru - Ages beyond Myst and unfortunately my character is
as Black as the night. I mean, there is no definition on the character, no
colour... just Black. The same happened when I open a linking book.
I've been playing Uru in a laptop with a Intel video with the latest drivers
available and DirectX 9.0c installed. Is it possible to correct this. Does
the patch 1.2 solves this problem?

Sorry, I don't have any real solution for you, but the problems you
describe sound familiar. Uru doen't work with certain video cards, but
you will need to check the site to find out which.

Also, I recall Uru on laptops having some general issues. There is a
technical archive on the Uru forum at Ubisoft. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com
and I'm sure it has some info.

Hello Pedro,

Unfortunately, Uru: ABM does not support the Intel Graphics Chipset.

Minimum Video Card Requirments are:

Nvidia Geforce 1,2,3,4, FX models
ATI Radeon 7000-9800 or better

Intel Graphics Chipsets (all)
S3 Graphics Chipsets and the S3 Graphics Twister
