I've been having this issue for the last two days. The PC will always show these glitch artifacts on screen. I tried re inserting the graphics card once, did'int work. Driver update, did'int do anything. Booting into Windows 10 black screens and freezes always when booting into once the Windows logo appears, and booting that SSD on another PC does boot fine. I feel like that is linked with the graphic card which I've been meaning to update, but don't have the money to. I got a new graphics card that was super cheep just to test the PC to see what the issue source is, and it's the graphics card originally in the PC as this new one inserted works as it should without any glitches. Too bad this working one is a low profile card with 1gb of memory on it, unlike me previous card which could play many newer games smoothly, and well. Guess I'll ether find some way to fix this glitched card, or save up for a much better card.
The PC is ATI, with most of it's parts being Corsair branded, with the motherboard being an Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0, with the processor being an 8-core AMD FX 8350 on a 64-bit machine. The PSU is a Corsair CX750m. Any more info I should put here? I don't know what the case is, but I use an SSD for booting in Windows 10.
Below is images if the issue.
And here is my graphics card.
