I recently built a new pc, and everything was working fine. After a few days though, glitches in demanding games have started to appear. Games such as GTA V and Hitman have very weird things happening such as, but not limited to: Objects that keep coming in and out of reality, character jerking and character model seemingly stretching for split seconds, npc's walking backwards, npc's skins stretching, sudden crashes of games. I'm not sure what might be causing this, possibly a new windows 10 update, but that's my only thought. Please Help!

GTX 1060 3GB
8gb
I3 6100
EVGA 430W
Asus Prime B250M-K

Update: Glitching has left the realms of gaming and into normal PC usage. Black boxes appear, the "Go back" buttons is kinda hiding behind the "go forward" button. I've check GPU usage during games, temps don't rise above 40 degrees Celcius and fan speeds stay at about 40%. I use the two 120mm fans, one at the back and one at the front.

Update 2: When playing lot less demanding game, CPU temps are rising normally. I was playing csgo for about 30 mins and GPU temps rose to 50 degrees celcius but didn't go above. For some reason my GPU is underperforming when running demanding games such as GTA V but running correctly with games such as CS:GO

Update 3: Tried to run Fallout 4, ended up just falling through the ground. I honestly have no idea what's happening.

Update 4: I don't have a screen capture program but this is a link to how my games look most of the time now. https://youtu.be/TOsKQi3cTg8

I would first check to make sure your video card drivers are current.

Video cards do not usually suffer to this extent unless

1. Excessive Heat
2. Under Powered : IE GPU, MEMORY not fast enough to handle the game at premium settings, or Power Supply not able to deliver enough power if the 3gb requires a rail off the power supply.
3. Not sure what manufacturer you purchased your GTX 1060 from, but go to EVGA's website, and download their Overclocking, and fan control utility, and make sure that bad boy is running maximum fan speed all the time when you are in game. GPUS are like hot lava unless they are being cooled at max rpms during intense rendering.
4. Outdated, or corrupted drivers. Out of date drivers can cause constant Crash to Desktop scenarios.
5. If you aren't experiencing a heat issue, call the vendor and let them know your video card keeps crapping out.

I don't think it's a heat issue. I use AfterBurner (though I don't touch anything, I don't overclock or anything), and the fans seem to be working fine there. From what I can see, all of my drivers are updated, my GPU drivers are updated (I use the Nvidia Geforce thing to make sure it's constantly updates), my CPU drivers are updated. I'll check the power supply in a second, but is there anything else that could possibly be causing an issue. I just want to make sure all the software stuff has been written off before I have to check any of the hardware.

I got my games through Steam, I downloaded them. I played them for a few days and then at one point they started glitching out. Windows 10 did have an update recently and I'm willing to say it's that because it's no longer just games that are affected, even my browser is too

Try uninstalling that update by going to Windows Update History.
