My PC is behaving oddly since pretty much my 2nd BIOS update. Whenever I turn on my pc there's a chance I will encounter either a corrupted/glitchy mess, or a completely fine screen, one thing, it never occurs on restarts.

This may sound weird but it feels like a behavior it learns, after enough boots, the chances of it happening decrease & decrease, but interacting with it (e.j entering the BIOS/updating the bios) will reset the "behavior".

It's only there where it happens, Windows and everything within has never been affected by it.

It feels like I tried it all, if there's anything I could try besides reset CMOS and update BIOS. Please tell me.

SPECS:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G
Motherboard: Asus TUF Gaming X570-PRO WIFI
RAM XPG Spectrix D50 8GB 3200 MHz x 2
SSD M.2. Gammix S41 1TB
PSU: Corsair CX750F RGB
Cooling: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black
Monitor Asus VG248QG
Geforce RTX 3060
