Question Glitchy colour while playing games or watching videos

So recently, I've upgraded my GPU from GTX 1060 to RTX 2060. After installing the new driver I went to youtube to watch some videos and notice some weird green red blue line appearing in the video and I havent been able to solve it. Need you guys help, Thank you
Note : already tried reinstalling the driver but problem still occurs.

That whole Video is "shaking" like anything. Can't view where the problem lies. Please provide FULL PC specs first....Is that an LN2 cooling solution ?

here's another video, if you watch carefully when i move my camera theres like green line on the wall,floor and the object. like green red blue lines.

My specs :
CPU : i5 - 6600k (stock cooler)
GPU : MSI RTX 2060 Ventus 6GB
RAM : Kingston ram 8gb
M.2 : Samsung Evo 970
HDD : Seagate HDD 500GB
