Question Glitchy, laggy purple screen when starting up PC

I just started up my PC and my screen went dark purple but I could still see what was on the screen. After about 30 seconds of an unresponsive and purple screen, it all went back to normal.
Should I be worried? Is my graphics card (RX 570) dying?

(it just went purple again after a restart but only for a few seconds)

Have been using HDMI for 7 months. Using Corsair TX650M.
Also, not only does my screen go purple, it causes lag (can't move mouse, type with keyboard, etc.).

check the gpu in another system or a different gpu in yours
