Question glitsh for 1 sec b4 os log in - new gpu - pulse rx 6700xt

new gpu - sapphire pulse rx 6700 xt

My full specs
CPU : Ryzen 3 3100
MB : msi b450m pro-vdh max
mb bios : 7A38vBH
GPU : Sapphire Pulse Rx 6700xt
RAM : 2 x 8 Gb kingston hyperx fury 3200mhz
PSU: fsp aurum pt 1000 w Platinum
i buy it yesterday from local shop its used for 1 month - every thing seem to be fine - tempeature and fraps - browsing
evry thing is good but this one sec glitsh befor windows lock screen
i run DDU to remove old driver / i change the desplay port to
old Gpu = rx 580 4gb sapphire nitro - never had problem
monitor : hp zr30w - 60 hrz - 2560 x 1600
when i desable display adapter and restart isee no glitsh - when i enable it again the glitsh appears every time just 1 sec befor os lock screen

Please test the card with other monitor for isolated the problem.

i try 40 led tv monitor with hdmi cable = no glitsh
the monitor or the cable or the 3 DP / card soket
