[SOLVED] Glorious Model O wired mouse --- "USB device not recognized" ?

Hi, it says that "The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it."
I can't really afford a new mouse right now.
Any suggestions what I should try to make the mouse work again?

Have you tried different USB ports? Tried on another PC or laptop to verify it is your system or the mouse? you can try deleting the USB device in Windows and let Windows re-install them.

Have to tried the Glorious forum or customer service and see if they have any feedback or thoughts?

I’m having the same issue. The glorious model o mouse works completely fine on other devices such as my PS4 and other laptops but not on my main Laptop. I had been using the mouse paired with the laptop for months but it suddenly stopped working (all functions such as sensors,buttons and clicks do not work) only the RGB seems to work. Were you able to find a fix for this ?

I bought a Wireless Model O, that's the "fix"
