Gmod low fps?

I get like 100fps but when i start recording I get so many lag spikes and like 30fps, I have a gtx 970, Fx 6300 and 8gb of ram. I have tried fraps and action! to record, both give me low fps. i have vsync on and all setting dropped near low. Please help me if you can!

I would say try using it with shadowplay, but if that doesn't work/you don't want to use shadowplay, try turning vsync off and see if it makes a difference. fraps also may cap games at 30 fps in the settings so you can probably change the cap it at 60 if that's an option.

No that didnt help 🙁, now that i do more tests i see on all high i get 60fps with frequent lag spikes. Why is this happening?
