GN246HL 144hz with blue error

I know many ppls had asked these questions for a lot of times and I've searched nearly all solution but not working on me.
I have the 144hz option in the setting actually but when I'm trying to use it, the error just pop up and my screen was blur.
The error was: incorrect cable please use the dvi dual link cable that came with your monitor
That's super frustrating...

1.I'm using DVI-D (Dual Link) and NOT HDMI, the 24+1pin one
2.HDMI won't giving me 144hz because the monitor wasn't supporting
3.the monitor can't use DP
4.I don't have the original DVI cable come with the monitor because I got it by second hand
5.I've updated my nvidia driver and It doesn't work
6.I'm using 1050ti 4GB

I'm not a native English speaker so my grammar might be kind of weird and impolite(?), I'm trying my best to tell you guys what's happening...

Maybe I'll buy a different one and try it again...
And I have the receipt actually and the monitor was bought on 2017(the first hand)
So I might ask for Acer about to ship me a cable?
I'll update after I've tried a other DVI, TY for your reply!
