I got a quick question. If i have a goblin sharpshooter and i pump him up
with a holy strength, then i cast a earthquake to kill all 2/2 creatures
can i tap him to do damage and untap him for as many creatures go to the
graveyard, or can i only do it once?

Holy Strength gives him +1/+2, so he'll survive a 2-point Earthquake. He will
trigger once for each creature killed by the Earthquake, and that many "untap
GS" triggered abilities will go on the stack; they resolve one by one, and
you can use his ablity (assuming he's not 'sick', which I presume isn't the
case here or you wouldn't be asking) in between each pair of untaps.

Yes, you can untap the goblin several times.

When Earthquake resolves, Goblin Sharpshooter's triggered ability
triggers as many times as there were creatures put into graveyards. (All
the triggered abilities do the same, so their order doesn't matter, but
they are all put onto the stack one after another and will resolve
sequentially, not simultaneously.)

Every time one of the triggered abilities resolves (and untaps the
goblin), there's a chance (for all players) to add something new to the
stack afterwards. At that time you may tap Goblin Sharpshooter in order
to play its activated ability. If you do so, that ability will resolve
before the next untap effect on the stack happens (readying the goblin
for the next shot).

(Note that if the damage from your Goblin Sharpshooter's activated
ability kills another creature, yet /another/ untap effect will be added
to the stack, too)

Ok so howcome the sharpshooter's effect would not work wit a Wrath of God?

For the sake of discussion, let's assume that two other creatures are in
play along with the Goblin Sharpshooter, and that the Wrath of God is
played by the opponent of the Goblin Sharpshooter's controller.

1) Active player plays Wrath of God.
2) Active player gets priority and passes.
3) Inactive player gets priority and plays the activated ability of
Goblin Sharpshooter, targetting active player.
4) Inactive player gets priority and passes.
5) Active player gets priority and passes.
6) Top item on stack resolves, and Goblin Sharpshooter deals 1 damage to
active player.
7) Active player gets priority and passes.
8) Inactive player gets priority and passes.
9) Top item on stack resolves, destroying all creatures. This triggers
the triggered ability of Goblin Sharpshooter three times.
10) Active player would get priority, but there are triggered abilities
to put on the stack. The inactive player chooses an order for them, not
that it matters.
11) Active player gets priority and passes.
12) Inactive player gets priority and passes.
13) Top item on stack resolves and untaps ... nothing. Goblin
Sharpshooter? WHAT Goblin Sharpshooter?
etc.

It does. But when all those untap effects resolve, the Sharpshooter's in
the graveyard, so they Do Nothing Observable. If you could, say, make
the Sharpshooter indestructible, then you'd have something...

Because the Sharpshooter, in that case, will be DEAD before its triggered
abilities go onto the stack at all. Similarly, if the Sharpshooter in this
question did NOT have a Holy Strength on it, it'll die to the 2-point
Earthquake, meaning that its triggered abilities will have no effect later
on when they resolve, because it will long since have left play.
