God Rays enabled in Far cry 4 for amd Gpu?

So i was seeing Nvidia gameworks features bragging about nvidia god rays and the other Nvidia-only features in Far cry 4.... and then suddenly i come up on a youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QvkidBpKl30 running far cry 4 on amd gpu r9 280x with "Nvidia God rays enabled" ???
How is that possible? I thot it was only for Nvidia and by nvidia...i am obviously elated at ds but not sure whether thats a misleading part of the video... can anyone confirm??

For starters that FC4 video has no FOV slider in Advanced options which means.... anyone?
Thats right ... its pirated.
Chances are there is a config edit or hack or something that enables the Nvidia features.
I heard a PS4 update removed godrays from that version?
Reason?
Godrays is Nvidia Gameworks or whatever and PS4 runs on AMD hardware.
Its not that it CANT run it with no performance loss, Nvidia dont want them too is all.
