hell yes. Finally people are fighting against one of the last standing communist giants in this world. Come on China, Communism is caveman government. Govern like you're in the 21st century.

Wow, I'm not sure if this is a game of me too or just interesting timing! However, I've also yet to see actual major action from any of these companies; even google is still giving updates on what is working in China...

Can't wait to see if this is all talk or a damaging blow to their ideas that you can be as anal retentive and overly-controlling of people as you want and nothing bad will happen to you.

For one there's socialism which is supposed to be a mix of that and capitalism. Back to the point isn't Russia trying to do this to cut down on spam coming from itself?

If China destroys the US economy, they destroy their own. They're tied to us, no matter how much they make it seem different, and how much they'd wish it different.

Although there economic system is becoming more socialist/capitalist, their government is very Communist in nature, just look at their crack downs on out speakers and freedom activists....not that we'd hear about them if they existed anymore....

I've never liked Go Daddy because I can't stand Danica Patrick, but they have earned any future business of mine!! ( I still don't like Danica Patrick)

Jane, didn't someone already told you "Could Dell Be Next to Leave China?" article you wrote is incorrect? I am sure if you read the comment cscott_it already gave you an update on that news

http://www.dailytech.com/Updated+Dell+Reportedly+May+Follow+Google+Out+of+China+Jumping+to+India/article17964.htm

Here you are, 8 hours later, repeating the same rumor you created that has been proven wrong. In fact, if you search "Dell China India Google" using Bing, your article is the 2nd result as you are the only one that carried the rumor and never bother to update it.

I know you are in it for the money but could you at least give it a try. Tabloid is the lowest form of journalism and I doubt you want to spend the rest of your career tweeting and making up stories.

Well, I am Chinese. I don’t like the Chinese government since I was a child. They are stupid and even stubborn. Sigh, I think they are just too old that they fear to change something. They still live in 1949.

While cutting down on spam is good, I'm not going to upload my photo.

Nowadays, every single article on Tom's with even a single hint of "china" in it is from Jane McEntegart. Boring, misinformed, inaccurate and irrelevant to a site like Tom's Hardware.

So we put an embargo on their ass? Theyll have mass starvation within 6 months and, if we are lucky, a civil war!

Can you imagine the types of pictures people would submit when registering sites? Who has the responsibility to make sure it's accurate? haha

You are welcome to GTFO.

It's the same as put rule or fee on import stuff.
This blocking "outsider" and force companies inside in China to apply those weird rules. The effect, thoses China companies get 100% of the intern China market (and can continue on outsite market).
It's just "politic" way to block US big companies.
This could be a impact of "Buy American".

I had the same thought...and if they did find a way to do that...we would BE SCREWED. All that stimulus money...yeah, and we couldn't pay it. Which could result in our money being devalued, since it is partially based on our ability to repay our debts. Of course, their economy would suffer equally, bc the mainstay of it is cheap manufacturing.
