Goflex not recognized

After scanning for back up Memo software say destination not available as to my Seagate GoFlex drive.

It is not uncommon for these drives to fail, typically with stuck heads. If you are lucky, it should be a relatively cheap recovery by a data recovery professional, assuming the data is of value. Otherwise, you should probably look into getting it replaced under RMA.
