Going for a £700 build to run latest games at 1080p >60fps

I'm looking at buying a pc and have set a budget for the system of £700. I'm not looking to overclock so no need for water cooling or any fancy things like that, help please

Not sure what you need as far as OS/monitor/peripherals.

OS needs to be included in the £700 but the monitor and peripherals are fine.
