Hi, I am sure this has been asked 1000 times but i just wanted to check what do i need to look for when replacing 2x4GB ddr4 2133 with 2x8GB ddr4 2133. I sure my motherboard only supports 2133MHz so that will be ok. Is there anything else i need to make sure is compatiable?

I noticed the price for ram has gone down since the last time i checked it out about a year ago.

Seems an afordable upgrade. Here are my current specs

Intel Core i5-6500
MSI B150M MORTAR Motherboard
2 x 4 GB, 2133Mhz, DDR4 HyperX Black Fury
ASUS - GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4 GB Cerberus Graphics Card
1TB 860 evo SSD
650W Seasonic FOCUS Plus Gold

I am a light gamer playing mostly GTA5,Cities Skyline, Football Manager

Thank you

Yeah man go ahead. Getting that extra 8 gigs will really help with multi-tasking and may also boost game performance 👍
