Going to order this setup. Should I wait for the 1080Ti and the new CPU ?

Solution
I hope you know why you need 32GB of RAM (gaming is not using that much).
Your system is going to be fine even with one 1080 on this monitor.
So you can save your self the multi GPU and just replace it with better one in a year or two.
also don't really understand the multi SSD - one samsung 950 M.2 512GB will do the same. they also released the 961 of up to 1TB.
Also, Arctic liquid freezer 240 performs better and cost less than H110i :)
When it comes to computers there is always something newer and better about to come out.

It depends on you whether you want to wait for the new hardware to arrive. Your current build can do some serious number crunching for atleast 2-3 years from now.
The choice is yours.

1- If you have an old gaming PC and can wait for the GTX 1080 Ti then it is better to wait .

2- you need to get the 256GB SM951 , the 128GB is slower and SSD when are full they become slower so you better leave 20% free space allways. and better the SM961 new released one .

3- you dont need 1200 watts for 2xSLI ... 850-1000 watts is more than enough

4- Get the new 128MB cache 7200 Harddisks ... They are alot faster

5- MSI gaming X , Gigabyte G1 Gaming , Asus 1080 Strix OC are better than EVGA cards

6- Get 2x16 instead of 4x8 , for better future upgrades in case you want 64GB later . also , Overclocking 2 sticks is easier than 4

Arctic Freezer are cheap garbage cooler .. never compared to Corsair ...

The arctic Freezr tubes snap out and destroy the pc with water , happenned to many people . Avoid Cheap Arctic stuff at all costs .

this is the first time I hear about such problem.
Any hard facts ?

yes will dig it out when I have time and post link. Arctic are cheap for a reason by the way ... you get what you pay for.

You know that they are all (Corsair,CM, NZXT, Arctic and others in the same category) made at the same factory by asetek ?
