and what if I cranked it up to high details in 1080p is vs450w safe choice?
The amount of watts must be more than your components want. A i3 and 960 will not use much of it. So, you are safe. Now, you want high detail 1080p then the 960 will get you close. But the i3-2100 might hold you back a little, but don't let that stop you from trying.

Last question pardon me but.. What If I upgrade to an i5 in the near future like next year will it still be enough?
and is vs450w power my components in the next 2-3 yrs without any conflicts?
First off, the i3-2100 was new 4 years ago. You can't even buy it now, although maybe used. Also, the mobo that it goes with will not allow you to upgrade in the future. Only certain CPUs work with certain mobos. For example, if you want a i5-4xxx then you would need to buy something like the Z97, Z87, H97... What I am saying is: that mobo your i3-2100 is dead technology. If you want to play GTA V you really should try to get a newer i5. If not then get the 960 and plan on getting a new mobo and CPU in the next year.
The vs450W PSU is fine for next 2/3 years as long as you don't overclock your CPU.
The i3 2100 is my current cpu so yeah I'll upgrade my mobo and cpu next time. for now my focus is gpu for casual 1080p gaming I'm not really onto high end gaming so 960 is the sweetspot specially in my country. Thanks again envy.
