Good 1080p / 60FPS build?

Is this a good build for games like BF4, CoD AW and Marvel Heroes ?? 1080p/60FPS High/Ultra settings?

The gtx 960 doesn't even get an average of 60fps in most games. The cpu also is not the best gaming cpu on the market, but it won't bottleneck a good gpu. So what I would suggest is throwing in another $100 to get a gtx 970 or an r9 290x or r9 390 or something along those lines. Then you'll be sitting pretty.

looks pretty good, but the power supply is a bad choice, not good for gaming.

go for a 550 XFX or 500w EVGA power supply
