Good 11 inch laptop with at least 256ssd and 4gb but upgradable RAM?

I saw dell but they have no SSD option on it and I am looking for a decent CPU and not an Atom CPU. Advise? I like RAM to have at least 8gb but I know it is hard... advise? No DVD Rom is fine but with USB3, and wifi and windows 8.1. Thanks

Sorry that it is only 10.6 inches and not 11. This assumes that you don't mind that it is a tablet. Let me know what you think.
