I'm looking into just some mild overclocking with this setup:

However, on a few previous posts I've been told to switch up the motherboard. Specifically to this:
GIGABYTE GA-Z87X-D3H LGA 1150

Or to this:
GIGABYTE GA-Z87X-UD4H LGA 1150

Should I switch to one of the other boards? I am on a budget of $1000 and the $1200(Cost plus tax) is already stretching it however, I can push it a little more if it's REALLY necessary.
