Good 1440p monitor for gaming

Im looking for a decent 1440p gaming monitor id like it to be 120hz but 60hz is okay too my budget is flexible but i would preffer not to spend more than 400e for it.Any suggestions for a decent model?
My specs:
i5 4690k
2x4Gb HyperX 1866hz
EVGA gtx 970 (will add sli later on)

1440p for gaming are usually 144hz with Gsync which is really worth it but you will have to pay a slightly higher price, which then again will be worth it. Either the Acer XB270HU or the Asus ROG Swift PG278Q are both great choices, 144hz, 1440p, 1ms, gsync, 27", both great but the acer is slightly better due to the IPS screen.

You would want either Acer XB271HU or ASUS PG279Q.
Note:
Do not mistake PG279Q(IPS) with PG278Q(TN), these 2 are very different.
Acer XB271HU is the newer version of XB270HU. (Both are IPS)

Well looks like im going to save up and go for the acer, at least its bound to last for quite a long time and maybe there will be some price drops by the time i get it.Thanks for the help
